Eric Krosnes has put in countless volunteer hours as our Director of International Systems and Support at World Telehealth Initiative. He conducts the initial technical review for each of our partner hospitals and clinics and determines if they have the bandwidth to support the telehealth system, as well as sets the device up onsite in preparation for WTI medical specialists to beam-in and support the in-country clinicians. He also addresses on-site technical issues if the sites encounter any once their telehealth programs are active.

Eric will often wake up at 2:00 AM to talk with technicians across the world. When asked how he stays motivated, Eric simply says that he believes what he does is important work because the people we are helping need better access to healthcare. He loves meeting new people from different cultures, which has led him to create many friendships around the world through his work with WTI.
