Glenn Snyder

Glenn Snyder is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting, LLP. He leads Deloitte’s global Medical Technology practice. Glenn has been serving the life sciences and healthcare industry as a consultant since 1989 and has been with Deloitte since 1995, tackling issues and opportunities across the healthcare value chain over the course of his career, including the payor and provider sectors.
Glenn's expertise is within strategy discipline, specifically having helped clients grow through innovation via acquisition and/or organic initiatives, navigate changes in the healthcare ecosystem by modifying their offerings and/or commercial model, and articulate product economic value to improve market access.
Outside of his work at Deloitte, Glenn has been involved with two not-for-profit organizations. From 2007 to 2015, he served on the Board of Trustees of San Domenico School, a K-12 independent private day/boarding school that is the oldest private school in the state of California. Glenn served as Board Chair for four of the eight years with this fiduciary. He also served as the Chair of the Board of the American Heart Association’s North-Bay Chapter (a fundraising board) in 2004.
Glenn was the lead-off interview for Bloomberg TV’s 2019 series on Medical Technology. He has been a frequent presenter/moderator at notable conferences including AdvaMed, APACMed, Medical Alley, Medical Device Strategic Pricing, and the Analytical and Lifesciences Systems Association. Glenn has also authored/co-authored many articles and whitepapers,
Glenn holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
He has been married to Betsy for 31 years, and has two sons – Reid and Grey – both in their 20’s.
